what does the liver do?

Introduction: There is a factory within you that weighs about 1.4 kilograms and operates 24 hours a day. This is your liver, the heaviest organ in your body, and one of the most important. This busy building simultaneously serves as a warehouse, production facility, and repair shop and each of these functions involves functions under many important functions that without the liver, our bodies would simply stop working. One of the main functions of the liver is to filter the body's blood, which it receives through a regular transmission from two sources: the hepatic artery carries blood from the heart, and the hepatic artery drains it from the intestines

This double decomposition replenishes the liver with nutrients, which are then broken down, processed and stored with the help of thousands of tiny indoor plants, known as lobules. Both blood flow also carries oxygen to the liver. The blood obtained from the intestines contains carbohydrates, fats, and vitamins and other nutrients dissolved in the diet.

This should be considered in a different way. In the case of carbohydrates, the liver breaks down and converts them into sugars so that the body can use them as energy when the filtered blood is returned. Sometimes the body has nutrient residues that do not need immediate attention. When that happens, the liver stores the extra, and then stacks it up. The center serves as a pantry for future cases where the body may need nutrients. But the blood flowing to the liver is not always full of good things. It also contains toxic products and products that it cannot use and the liver guards this tightly. When spotsa is a useless or toxic substance, it can be converted into a product that can harm the body or disintegrate it and then spread it out, passing it through the kidneys and intestines for excretion. After all, we would not consider courage to be a factory if we did not produce anything.
This organ makes everything from various plasma proteins that transport fatty acids and help build blood clots, to the cholesterol that helps the body build hormones. It also makes vitamins Dand substances that help digestion. But one of its most important products is bile. As a healthy medicinal plant, the liver uses hepatocytes to convert toxic waste into this bitter green liquid. As it is produced, bile is put into a small vessel under the liver, called the gallbladder, before being injected into the intestines to help break down fat, destroy germs, and reduce stomach acid. Bile also helps to flush out other toxins and products from the liver outside the body. So as you can see, liver is a very efficient industrial environment, performing many supporting functions. But such a sophisticated system needs to be maintained smoothly by keeping it healthy and unloaded with more toxins than it can handle. This is one industry we cannot close.

In this morden world where everything is so fast and people consider having food out side as known as fast food. By this way a getting less of nutrients and more of chronic health condition and in extrime cases liver cirrhosis. I am not tell everyone has to suffer this condition but those who are now suffering it's such a pathetic condition. As a laboratory technologist I have seen people are suffering from different liver diseases and 80-90% cases patients are responsible for their own condition. So for avoiding these conditions we need regular screening and doctors consultation.

Conclusion: Liver is responsible for storage of various nutrients and vitamins, so it's play really important role in our body. Liver also regulates the level of different chemical in blood. Three main function of liver is-
1. It clear blood by removing toxic products.
2. It also store energy by converting carbohydrates into glycogen.
3. Liver produce which helps in digestion and convert fat into fatty acids.
Many more functions are also regulates by liver.
