Introduction: Today in this blog I am talking about health and fitness, which was before not just a topic it was a part of. In 20th century 70% of work done by machine because of it human are losing their muscle strength and lack of activities leads to several complications. Most common type 2 diabetes ( Non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus), genatical factor also there but in so many cases patient are getting diabetes without genatical factor they are getting it.

Health care:
        As peramedical Student I have spent lots of time in around patients. One tendency is common that people only comes for test when they sick or showing some symptoms then they consult with doctor and follow their direction. One thing you have to know about that, when any patients show symptoms it means damage already started. So regular checkup and before checkup we have to maintain our self by excercise and healthy food.
      The most common causes of death now days according to WHO is-
1. Heart disease.
2. Cancer.
3. Stroke.
4. Diabetes mellitus.
Details of all the diseases
1. Heart disease- Because of our lazy life style and in addition oily food problem start. Oil in a nature is a fat and it doesn't dissolve in water. Due to this nature of oil it remains in blood stream, when it's reach to our heart it's create complications like affect the flow of blood nad and stop is way. Due to this condition people has to suffer from different heart disease and the in the severe cases heart failure, now days it's became really common. To monitor the condition of heat ECG(electrocardiogram) and one blood test is lipid profile. In ECG it monitor electric single which causes our heart to beat. In lipid profile we do cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL(good cholesterol), LDL(bad cholesterol), VLDL. Other than that there are Trop-T and Trop-I, which can monitor cardiac issue within 72 hrs. If a normal individual spent time around 15-20 min a day for 4-5 days/ week it'll be well enough to maintain health condition overall.
2. Cancer- When abnormal cells divide uncontrollably and kill normal cell. Here I am talking about two specific cancer one is lung cancer and other one is  liver cancer or liver cirrhosis.

Smoking and drinking now days become a habit, it's became a part of daily life. lung cancer generally happen due to consumption of smoke. Not just smoking killing our lungs we are suffering from air pollution. Lung cancer starts when abnormal cells grow out of control in the lung. They can invade nearby tissues and form tumours. Lung cancer can start anywhere in the lungs and affect any part of the respiratory system. The cancer cells can spread, or metastasize, to the lymph nodes and other parts of the body. Diagnosis of lung cancer is done by chest X Ray, sputum cytology, lung biopsy etc. For the treatment of lung cancer is selfcare by quitting smoking, medication, chemotherapy are plays major role.

    Liver cirrhosis
Chronic liver damage from a variety of causes leading to scarring and liver failure. Hepatitis and chronic alcohol abuse are frequent causes. Liver damage caused by cirrhosis can't be undone, but further damage can be limited. Excessive consumption of alcohol and can cause damage in liver tissues and our body try to heal it, if this process stage continue and alcohol consumption remain same then our liver show scar tissues. Diagnosis of liver cirrhosis is liver function test, endoscopy, liver biopsy etc. Treatments vary but may include removal of part of the liver, transplant, chemotherapy and in some cases radiation. 

3. Stroke: There 3 types of stroke in human body-
  • Ischemic stroke.
  • Hemorrhagic stroke.
  • Transient ischemic attack
Hear I am mainly discussing about two types of strokes ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Two main causes of stroke: a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) or leaking or bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke).
Ischemic stroke cause by a blocked artery due to fat deposit. The main cause of fat deposit in artery is oily food, smoking and drinking of alcohol. Hemorrhagic stroke mainly caused by hypertension. Hypertension is a stage of our body when blood pressure is increase rapidly and it shows more than 130/90. If the blood pressure is more than 180/120 then it known as severe hypertension
There is no blood test for stroke diagnosis but sometime doctor used to prefer complete blood count (CBC). CBC results can suggest certain conditions that may or may not be associated with a stroke, such as anemia or an infection. The main diagnostic test for stroke is CT scan and head MRI. 
Transient ischemic attack: A brief stroke-like attack that, despite resolving within minutes to hours, still requires immediate medical attention to distinguish from an actual stroke. A transient ischaemic attack may be a warning sign of a future stroke.

For the precaution of stroke regular exercise and healthy diet is must be along with that consumption of smoke and alcohol have to stop. Losing extra body weight also can be helpful.

4. Diabetes mellitus: Two types of diabetes mellitus-
1. Type 1 diabetes ( INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS) or juvenile onset diabetes.
2. Type 2 diabetes ( NON-INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS) or adult onset diabetes.
Type 1 diabetes: Out of total number of diabetes patients 10 to 20% patients are suffering from type of diabetes mellitus. Generally patience from the age group of 12 to 15 years old. The type 1 diabetes generally happen due to virus infection, drugs and autoimmunity( when our own cell kill other cells it's known as autoimmunity)
Type 2 diabetes: Around 80 to 90% patients are are suffering from this type of diabetes. This type of diabetes generally occurs in adults (above 35 year age). Overeating leading to obesity and obesity acts as a diabetogenic factor.
Type 1 of diabetes is mainly related to genetics but the type 2 is mainly depend on our food habits. Diet control insufficient for the control of type 1 diabetes mellitus.

One thing is for sure if we don't it take care for body then it will show different complications by the time of getting older. These complications definitely going to reduc our savings and in severe cases before due time we have to lose our life. Now days life is so fast forward but still we can manage 15 to 20 minutes per day for 4 to 5 days in a week.
